Renovating isn’t something most people do every day, so, ‘How much is an average bathroom, ensuite, kitchen, laundry, roof conversion or renovation…’ is always a somewhat valid question. At Creative Renovations, we certainly don’t see that it is to your advantage to tell you only half of the story at the beginning - knowing that the type of finishes and inclusions you have in mind will cost a whole lot more.
 
So…We are ‘up front’ in letting you know that we are rarely, if ever, the cheapest company you might engage – but we do have it on good authority that we offer integrity in pricing, a quality result, and overall value for money, that lasts.  

[Don’t be caught out!  Unlike most other renovators, Creative Renovations undertakes work to areas of the job that you can’t see – and probably never will see - to ensure years of trouble free use.  That way, we can ensure that you do it once and know that your ‘new room’ will give you many years of trouble free service and enjoyment!]

Whether your project is a smaller bathroom renovation or the total renovation of a multi -level waterfront home, in most cases, we’ll  provide you with a fixed price proposal within the criteria given.

[Fact files: It’s a sad fact that we are sometimes enthusiastically referred to a friend by an existing Client, only to lose the Friend’s job to someone else, because the Friend got a ‘cheaper price’.  What’s more frustrating  than that, though, is that the Friend in question gets to the end of their job, paying very similar to what we indicated it would cost, in those initial stages. (More often than not, though  -it usually costs much, much more!)  Unfortunately, the finished results are  often far below the scope and quality provided by Creative Renovations. Now that’s buyer’s remorse!
