We have a full builders licence

This means that we are legally qualified to undertake and supervise all of the tasks and trades you will need to undertake your home’s renovation.  [Don’t be fooled!  Those who do not hold a full builders licence are not licenced to organise other trades other than their own – and you have no protection if they provide shoddy workmanship.] We are a Proud MBA member!

Services we offer, Bathroom and Kitchen Designs

We currently have 2 qualified Bathroom and Kitchen designers working ‘in house’…and others we can call on, so .... We don’t have ‘set designs’.  Instead, we listen to what you want to achieve, put forward some ideas of our own and work toward what can be achieved - based on the size of your room, the extent of the works required and the budget you want to put towards the project. That way, you can be assured that your home not only looks good, it works well, too.

The Provision of all Trades, Selection of Fixtures and Fittings, Interiors, Colour Consultation and Advise, Architectural Design and Drawings, Submission to Council, etc.

Depending on your brief, the above is a list of the many facets of a job and services that we can provide for you, as a valued Client of Creative Renovations - as part of a total package.  Just how much, or how little we include is really up to you!

Awarded Workmanship and Designs

Although we haven’t had time to worry about entering competitions of late, over the years, we have been highly ranked in numerous kitchen and bathroom competitions, and won Mosman Council’s Bi-Annual Heritage Award (for design and renovations to a period house).
